Gals Reaching Out ~ We'll Touch Here!

Welcome to a blog designed to help us to connect ... though we are miles apart; here we are side by side growing together as we share our hearts. Through study, discussion and just plain ole conversation...welcome to GROWTH :D

*******Please feel comfortable to contribute ~ lets make this truly a TEAM blog!*******

Let it Shine, let it shine, let it shine!

Please come out and pray today!  Share your prayer requests and praise reports.  GROWTH can't happen alone!

Today I pray for each of you; may those who read the words on this blog be blessed.  May each feel the awesome power of your Father's love.  Psalm 145:8

I give praise because, having heard the rest of the story, I know that Janie's prayer  was heard and answered in a most positive manner that included "miracle moments".

Please join with me today in praying for a dear friend who is struggling in her marriage.

For Toby as he heads out to sea today for a 2 month deployment; may he and his shipmates stay safe while underway and return home with nothing but good stories to share. Also pray for Jen as she carries the weight of caring for 2 little boys as a "single mom".

Krissy has returned to work this week. Would you pray for Kevin, Krissy and Rose-lynn as this young family makes that big transition?

Finally, would you join in prayer for others who have health issues, money issues, "heart" issues?
The Lord know the names, He knows the issues, He knows the answers.

Let us not limit our prayers to just those we know, lets pray for our nation, for Israel, and for the world.  May His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Our prayers contribute to the shining light of God's love that illuminates the world of those around us.  Matthew 4:16

As the old song says...let it shine, let it shine, let it shine!

Who wants to come and pray?

I don't know about the rest of you but my prayer life can certainly fizzle out ...
from starting to pray then being distracted (or falling asleep)
to forgetting to pray for others after promising I would.

There is a prayer tool bundled with the Bible software on my computer.  Its been in "use" for about a year now.   Having just looked at the list, a couple of things popped out to get my attention.

First, it became so clear that the prayers were answered! (Even some things that never made the list.)
Second, they were answered in a different timing and a different (but much) better way than I ever would have imagined.

So today - a new day, a new season, seems a perfect time to start a fresh list.

And, I would be delighted to have you join along.  Pray for me (to keep accountable), pray with me (to see and share answers), allow me and others to  pray for you,  Come on sisters, please come out and pray!
